Offers

* $99.00 customer installation charge. 36-month monitoring agreement required at promotional rates. Early termination fees apply. Offer applies to homeowners only. Alarm rules change with the ZIP. The City of Hamilton, Ohio does not publish a residential alarm-user permit dollar amount we will quote. Chapter 509.081 tracks excessive false alarms in a calendar year: a seventh trip draws a final written warning, later trips can be a minor misdemeanor with a fine up to $100, and nine or more false alarms in the same year is a violation. Hamilton Police (513) 868-5811; non-emergency dispatch (513) 785-1300. Middletown Chapter 819: $10 for type A-B residences and $20 for type C-D, three-year permit, February 1 anniversary; $25 after more than three false alarms in a calendar year. Middletown Division of Police, One Donham Plaza, (513) 425-7787. Unincorporated Butler County and many townships may bill under Ohio Revised Code 505.511 after three false alarms ($50 / $100 / $150). Fairfield, Oxford, Liberty Township, Monroe, Trenton, and other desks confirm from the ZIP — we do not invent a residential permit dollar amount for those offices. Confirm the office on the quote call. Satisfactory credit history required. Certain restrictions may apply. Offer valid for new ADT Authorized Provider customers only and not on purchases from ADT LLC. Other rate plans available. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Services and equipment availability vary by Hamilton address. Power inside the city is typically City of Hamilton Electric. Duke Energy Ohio serves Fairfield, Liberty Township, and much of the county around the city. Butler Rural Electric Cooperative serves some rural lots. Not AES Ohio. Ask about cellular backup so the panel still reaches ADT if Hamilton Electric, Duke Energy Ohio, Butler Rural, or Wi-Fi drops.

This website

Home Alarm Systems Hamilton provides local information and a phone number for ordering ADT-monitored security through SafeStreets, an ADT Authorized Provider. Prices, equipment, install windows, and promotions change. The number you hear on the quote is the offer, not a banner on this site.

Monitoring agreements

Promotional rates typically require a new monitoring agreement (often 36 months), a $99 installation charge, credit approval, and homeowner status. Early termination fees apply. Fairfield, Middletown, and Monroe are not Hamilton Police and not the City of Hamilton 509.081 desk by default. We name the office from your ZIP. You file it if that city requires it. Services vary by address.
